Nagamoona – Songs in the Cree Key is a show aimed at revitalizing the Cree language.
With Nagamoona, the Cree playwright, composer, and musician presents a selection from his repertoire of the past thirty years. This cabaret evening will feature songs performed in Cree, English, and French by Patricia Cano, a Peruvian-Canadian singer, accompanied by jazz saxophonist Marcus Ali and Tomson Highway himself on the piano.
