Terms and conditions of the gift card

The gift card of Le Diamant is valid for purchasing the following products :
- Show tickets for sale at Le Diamant’s box office ;
- Guided visits ;
- Products from the boutique.
It can not be redeemed for cash or refunded ;
The gift card is valid until the complete balance has been used, with no expiration date ;

To make a purchase using more than one gift card, please call the box office or visit the box office in person ;
The gift card cannot be used to pay bills in the Desjardins lobby bar, on the 2nd floor, or on the rooftop terrace.

You can purchase a gift card from Le Diamant online, by telephone, or in person at the box office (during the box office hours of service).
There are two ways to receive your order: in-person pickup at Le Diamant (no fee) or postal shipping (varying costs).
If applicable, if you haven’t received your gift card in the mail within the 30 days following your purchase, please contact Le Diamant’s box office.

The gift card can be used as a mode of payment for a purchase made online or by telephone. At the payment step, there is a space to enter the 19-digit number and the 3-digit pin that is on the back of your gift card.
If the amount of your transaction is less than the balance of your gift card, the remaining amount will be available on your gift card for your next use, until the balance reaches zero dollars ($0).
If the amount of your transaction is more than the balance of your gift card, you can pay the difference with your credit card.

The gift card can be used as a mode of payment for an in-person purchase at the box office. At the time of payment, please present your gift card to the staff person at Le Diamant’s box office.
If the amount of your transaction is less than the balance of your gift card, the remaining amount will be available on your gift card for your next use, until the balance reaches zero dollars ($0).
If the amount of your transaction is more than the balance of your gift card, you can pay the difference with another mode of payment.

Gift certificates that were issued before August 30, 2020, are redeemable by telephone or at the box office of Le Diamant. At the time of payment, mention to our team that you have a gift certificate.
If the amount of your transaction is less than the balance of your gift certificate, the remaining amount will be returned to you on a new gift card.

The gift card is the responsibility of the person to whom it belongs. Le Diamant is not required to replace a lost or stolen card. Therefore, it is impossible to recover the remaining balance in these cases.
No reimbursement or replacement will be made in the event of use without the owner’s permission, loss or theft.
In the case of a damaged or defective card, if the state of it permits the identification of its number, Le Diamant can replace it with a new gift card.

Le Diamant reserves the right to modify these terms if necessary, with or without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
